I recently bought a new laptop along with Office 2016. I just downloaded Ms 10 and the download completely screwed up my OS and Office. I have to pay a professional to clean the OS system. They asked me the Keys for Office and I misplaced the keys, I bought the software separately from Best Buy and they mailed me the keys. Is there a way to retrieve the Keys?
