Why don't you use an outlook plugin that would let you sync all Outlook items between many computers in real time. You can simple share this folder and let this person view and edit its contents all the time.

Check all plugins at splipstick.com. I do recommend using CodeTwo Public Folders. It works in local network as well as via internet.
