Good day

How do i send a customize meeting request in such a way that the recipients only sees what i have designed. For example, i have changed the P.2 page as my template and then hide Appointments, then i publish it in the inbox folder, but once i have sent it to someone and he/she opens it just shows like a normal meeting request.
