We have setup a Central Resource Pool, however, plans are updated locally on Laptops/Desktops and each week they save their plan with the week ending date. The impact of this is that when they save the plan under a new name it duplicates the task in the Central Resource Pool, so you have a task under the last plan name and the same task is duplicated under the new plan name.
has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you resolve it?
