Default Help with bottom margin/boundary that I can't seem to increase

I used Microsoft Word 2003. Received a customer file in a docx format. Opened the file with 2003. One of the pages is ending before it is necessary and is therefore pushing one line of text to the next page.

I've adjusted magins, header/footer size, and tried a bunch of other stuff. I turned on "show text boundaries" and the boundary does not move as I change anything and everything. When I opened the file the bottom boundary of this particular page was set to 0.06". I had someone open it in Word 2013 and everything is just fine. Checked page layout and bottom boundary for the page was set to .25" or something (not set to .06").

How can I force this last line to stop returning to the next page? Please help. I've attached a picture. Apologize for the blur but as this is not my content I feel that it is necessary to blur it out.
