As the title suggests, I have a user whose PC is working perfectly - Outlook is online because test emails are working, yet they are staying in the Outbox as well as being copied to Sent Items. Schoolboy error but can't remember if it was 2010 or 2013 but I would hope they work in the same way.

I have given a new Outlook profile and the issue persists
