Default Create a command button that will insert another drop down menu

I'm creating a letter in word that contains drop down menus that will insert the selected information into a paragraph within the letter. There is a section in the body of the letter that will be listed as points. The user will choose an option from a drop down list and that choice will populate a detailed description into another text box.

What I want to do is have a command button that will add another drop down list if the user needs it. Specifically, the user would be choosing from a list of bylaw names, which would populate the bylaw description. If the user needed to include another bylaw in the letter, they would be able to push a button called "Add another bylaw" (the button would be hidden when printing the letter).

I don't want to just have multiple drop down menus included in the letter because; a) it restricts the number of bylaws that can be included in the letter to the number of drop downs I set up, and b) I don't want additional drop down menus taking up space in the paragraph and throwing off the formatting of the letter.

Is this possible or is there another way to achieve my desired end result?

Thanks!
Tina
