We are using a ".dot" template processed by another tool that produces a "doc" document.

The final document can contain Tables.

We need to have the table captions in the format Table 1-2 that is
Table <chapter number>-<Sequential number>

Is there something to do in the template ".dot" file to obtain automatically the table caption in the format "Table 1-3" and not "Table 3"?
