Generally speaking, that's a warning against opening the file. See: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/...or=-2147217396 . However, it may also be that your Windows 10 upgrade has damaged the Office installation.

You could try repairing the Office installation (via Excel Options|Resources|Diagnose).
