If your store mail supports POP3/SMTP, you can send/receive emails with Outlook. Make sure you configure Outlook to leave a copy of the received emails on the server so that you can access them with webmail too.

But you can't synchronize the sent emails. If you send an email via Outlook, you can't see it on webmail, and vice visa.
