So I haven't learned how to create forms yet..but it doesn't look too difficult. What I'm wondering, is if I can create a list of checkboxable items as a form...and when it's complete, to tell word to autocorrect/autoconvert to written out text.

ie. checkbox list items: do you have a) house b) car c) dog e) boat f)motorcycle

And once the form is completed, to press a button & have it convert it to: This person has a house, car, and boat. They do not have a dog, or motorcycle.

So, the converted form should no longer look like a form.
