I am building a rather large Word doc at work. I've got a mix of data that has been sent to me as pictures or as tables in Excel. The file size is becoming increasingly large, which makes using the file on SharePoint very cumbersome.

To reduce the file size, should I be inserting pictures of tables or building tables in Word and pasting the data in that way?
