Inserted pdfs not able to be manipulated within note

Hi,

When inserting a printout from the printer, "Send to OneNote" or when dragging into a note, the object is not movable. It may insert it in a place that i don't want it and I can't move it anywhere else or delete it. It is completed un-selectable.

Is this normal?
