I have a new printer, Canon Pixma IP4700, and can't get my envelopes to center correctly. Canon Support tells me this is a software problem and to contact Microsoft?? Printer has guides that center the envelope in the middle of the printer, but when I choose the center position in Envelopes & Labels/Envelopes/Options, the printing on the envelope (#10 for instance) is way below where it should be. I'm at a loss - either on how to fix this, or where to go for help. Any suggestions? Thanks!!!!!!!!!
