I recently installed Microsoft Office 2016. In creating a PowerPoint presentation, I insert a sound file, click on play over slides. But the sound gets stuck on the first slide. I've tried all the tutorials and followed the instructions, but to no avail. Can anyone help, please? I'm probably missing something simple - I hope!
