With the blurring I wouldn't hazard a guess. Do you still have the same computer? If so, try just changing the font of what you want tatooed until you find the right one.

If not, try anyway. Fonts do not necessarily come with Word, but are a part of the Computer. Many fonts are present on virtually all computers, others, have to be specially added.
