I do not know whether this (rotate 90 degrees clockwise) is something in Word or is inherent in the printing of landscape orientation pages. I suspect the latter.
You can rotate them in the pdf if you have Adobe Acrobat or a similar application for manipulation of pdf files. This was noted in an earlier post. Note, this is talking about Adobe Acrobat, not Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Version 8.0 of Adobe Acrobat Pro is available for free download and works with Windows 10. It has a tool that lets you rotate pages. If you use Google to search, you will find it. Remember that the download page also gives the key for installation.
There may be a solution in Word, but if there is I am not aware of it. I do not know if the PCL codes I talked about earlier work on either printing as pdf or saving as pdf. If they do, though, you may get your landscape pages showing upside down when viewed on a computer or other device.
