Default Seeking advice as to how to align items in an office directory that I made using PowerPoint

I created an office directory that is loosely based on hierarchical structure. It consists of 17 boxes and each of those individual boxes contains two text boxes and one image. One text box has name, job title and office phone number. The other text box contains a job description outlined in four bullet points. The image is an employee photo.

I want to make this directory into a template to send to other offices within my agency so that they can make directories for their offices, as well.

How can I make sure that the 17 boxes are in straight lines, horizontally and vertically? How can I make sure that all the text boxes and images are situated in the same position within those 17 boxes?

I do not want other offices to have to waste time making small adjustments to any of the aforementioned boxes.
I've attached an example for your review.
