I have run into a huge problem. A client of mine wants to have a header and a footer that he can use as stationery through Outlook. I have the 2 images designed already but am unsure how to set this up for him. Basically he wants the header at the top (with html), then a space to write the email, then the footer at the bottom.

If ANYONE can help me out I'd really appreciate it. Have been searching the net all morning with no luck.
