Default Header AND Page numbers
IN a MSS I am trying to have a header with chapter name on left top, with page numbers on the right top. Word doesn't seem to do it?

One eliminates the other?

Any way of doing this it is totally simple in WordPerfect. I thought WORD would do it too????
