I upgraded from Office 2013 to Office 2016. Unfortunately, the upgrade process removes/disables Project 2013. When I escalated to Customer Service and to Tech Support, they each said that this is a known problem and that the 'fix' is to simply order Project 2016 at the full retail price (no UPGRADE price available)! Are they kidding? The 'fix' is for me to spend another $500+ to get Project 2016! Does anyone know how to resolve this issue without having to revert back to Office 2013 OR purchasing a full price copy of Project 2016? Thx.
