Default Setting up Outlook in Mac office 2016

I currently use Office 2011 and have just downloaded Office 2016. all programs are up and running except for outlook. When I try to initiate it I get the error "No license found Buy office for this account or use another account to activate office if you have already bought it".
Excel, Powerpoint, and word did not give me this error.
