No. It does not have extra spaces when pasted from PDF to Word. I do not know that there is not something different in the Enterprise Version of Office, but I doubt it.

I recall there was litigation at some point between Adobe and MS about them including the pdf conversion but that was resolved. I know that the versions of Office 2010 and 2013 include the same feature, again without any Add-In program.
