Default how to copy addresses in word document to excel/mailmerge list

dear all

i have a created a file in ms word 2013 which consists of addresses
of all relatives/friends. these are in different sizes (from 3 to 5 lines.

the addresses are in three columns and the spaces between the
addresses are not uniform.

for eg:
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx yyyyyyyy zzzzzzzzzzz
16 cantonment 12 big st nandigram
chennai off ring road near hospital
bombay metro
kalkatta

i just wanted to include these addressed in excel so that it can be
used as mailmerge list.

i think the doc file has to be converted to txt and then to excel.
i am unable to fix the delimit symbol.
please help me out
