I am running Windows 8.1 and Office 2007. When I am ready to shutdown the computer, I get a blue screen that says the following programs are preventing windows shutdown.
It the list Outlook 2001. What can cause this?
I have run repair, it found no problems. I go tp Task manager, stop two instances of Outlook. The computer then shuts down normally.
Any suggestions?
