Unhappy Convert [h]:mm:ss to Decimal Hours to Count FTE for Month

Hi There,

I am trying to work out how to convert [h]:mm:ss to a decimal so I can figure out my total FTE for the month.

E.g.

Cell B17 has 371:29:35, I need to know what that would be as a decimal.

Usually as hh:mm:ss I would *(24*60*60) however, that does not seem to work correctly as [h]:mm:ss. (Please note this is for one month)

Please help
