Default Keep heading with graphic and text that follows?

I am using Word 2010 on a Windows 7, 64 bit system.

This is what I need:

Heading

[½" graphic] Text that wraps tightly around the ½" x ½" graphic.

The ½" graphic is the recommended duration estimate for the section. A graphic like that will follow every heading in a training guide. For example [30] means: 30 minutes.

The heading must stay on the same page with the small graphic and text that follows. The heading and the graphic/text need to be able to float up and down on any page.

I do *not* want to have to put the heading, the small graphic, and the adjacent text in a one-celled table or frame.

This is what does *not* work:

Setting the paragraph on the heading to any combination of Window/Orphan control, Keep with next, and Keep lines together. (I think those controls work with text only, not with graphics.)

Changing the text wrapping or position settings for the graphic also do not appear to work.

Does anyone know how to keep the heading with the graphic/text of the first paragraph that follows?

Thanks in advance,

Tim
