Can anyone help.

I am looking to create a form that when the fields have been completed the results can be exported into another document and appears as one long piece of text.

Is this something that can be done relatively easily with Word.

Alternatively, can I set up a web form that is hosted locally on a pen drive that will submit the results to a word document through programming. If so how do I go about doing this?
