I have text in an aboriginal language, we have a font but not everyone used it, so we have words typed using formatting and we need to find replace these with formatting in parts of the words.

Example word 'Namgis which needs to be 'Namgis where only the 'a' and 'u' are underlined. it is typed thousands of times in various documents and we want to be able to change all the 'Namgis to 'Namgis with the underlines in place. I don't think word does this, i know if the whole word was underlined it would be quite simple, but not like this.
