Since upgrading to Yosemite I have had problems with Office 2011. It just hangs all the time. If I try to page up or down my document list I get the revolving disc every time I touch my track pad. If I click to open a document I again get the revolving disc and nothing happens until the 3rd or 4th attempt. In essence the software is virtually unusable. However, if I save a document to my desktop and open it from there, rather than saving it to documents, I don't have any problem.
I have expected upgraded versions of Yosemite or Office to resolve the problem but it is still present. Anybody got a solution to this? Also if I upgrade to Office2016 will it resolve the issue?
