I have an issue with the schedule for the project at my company.

I have some tasks that are overdue and total slack is still showing as time left to complete the task.

For example, I have a task that has a Finish date of (4/15/10) and Late Finish date of (5/13/10), however the total slack is showing as 19 days. Since today is 06/25/10 I would assume that the total slack should be 0 days and the task should be critical.

Please provide any information you may have.
