Hi,

I'm looking to create a form in word. I'm ok with the construction of the form but I want it to work as follows:

1. User inputs data into each field
2. Once finished they click a button that submits all the information into another word document where they can read all their answers.

I would appreciate any help (on a step-by step basis) on how to achieve this.
