Is there a place that has a list of formating marcos I can write; I have to take a standard text file that have a table like format but do to excel changing number into date word seems like the next best option. The fields currently are separated by tabs in one file and spaces in another.

What I want to do is right a couple macros that can help with formating the text once in word but I do not know what formating macro commands I can use.
If anyone know of or has a list of commands that would help out tremendously.
