This is my first post. When I try to save a Word doc as a pdf on my MacBook, a window opens to say the part of the footer is outside the printable area - do I want to go ahead. If I go ahead, the pdf includes only the top half of each page number. This did not happen when I was doing the same thing some months ago. How can I avoid the page numbers getting half cut off?

Please help!
