Changing keyboard layout - Changing/removing keyboard shortcut

Hello:

I have read Help for the subject line, but cannot figure out how to do this: changing the keyboard shortcut, or removing it, for "Switch between languages or keyboard layouts; Left Alt+Shift).

Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit, Word 2010.

Kindly help.
