Duplex printing of documents from multiple Office progs
Hi everybody, I work for a painting company and have been tasked with designing a new bid sheet to get our boss to be more thorough when he goes to give estimates on jobs. It has to stay one page but that page can be double sided.
My solution involved printing the Excel spreadsheet part of the bid sheet on the front of a page and then a separate Word document with pertinent questions about the job on the back of the page. I did not immediately see any discussions or suggestions regarding this with a Google search. I could very well have just been phrasing my query wrong.
Is there a way to implement this solution easily? I realize I could simply print out a set number of Excel spreadsheets and then flip the paper and print out the Word document on the other side but the simpler the better. This definitely seems like something that should be possible.
Thank you very much for any insight you may be able to provide!
EDIT: I have figured out a potential solution to the problem in the form of converting both files to PDFs and then merging them.
However the next problem I ran into is that my printer does not support automatic duplex printing for legal size paper, which means that I'll have to do it the old fashioned way regardless! Oh well.
