I'm running Windows 7 and having a problem opening a .doc file from my desktop. I get the message "Problem sending the command to the program". The 2nd time I click it, it opens with no problem. This is only happening on docs I've saved to my desktop. (And so far, only happening in Word). Read that Zone Alarm may be causing an issue, but I'm not running it. Have renamed the Normal.doc template a couple times. This is still happening. Am open for suggestions please. Thanks! Lynn
