I'm sorry if someone has asked/answered this before, but I'm at work and can't take the time to browse over 600 pages of questions and the search feature on the forum sucks. If you can help me please do. I'm going insane trying to figure this out.

One of my best friends works at the same company I do. My wife and another friend of mine work at a different company. I can send smileys to all of them (via Smiley Central) and received smileys from all of them except the one that works with me. Whenever I receive a smiley from here my outlook screen turns white and gives me the "Not Responding" message (the white screen of death). I've had her uninstall and reinstall Smiley Central, I have done so as well, and have contacted Smiley Central for help... but they are of no use.

Does anyone have any idea why Outlook would crash when receiving a smiley from one specific user? Please let me know!
