Hi

I use to have a rule for autoforward email (based on subject line) set up in an older version of Outlook, but when we upgraded to Outlook 2013 the rule no longer worked.

I deleted the old rule and have recreated it, but it still will not auto forward (also tried auto redirect) to anyone. I have tested it with forwarding to someone without our organisation, and someone external, both with no luck.

Anyone have any ideas about what the issue might be?
