Default Auto-updating powerpoint from linked files for 3 weeks of data... Help?

Hey everyone,

Every week we print out a HUGE amount of powerpoints for our three managers. Each team (there's 7 teams) has about 25 pages of data, mostly financial charts and explanations. Our managers keep 3 weeks of these charts in a binder. It's a large waste of time and paper, and I'd like to streamline it. Unfortunately, we do not save previous data since each powerpoint is made up of a number of linked files that changes as soon as we click "update links." No one on my team is willing to go each week as save last weeks as two weeks ago, this weeks as last weeks, and then update the current week.

So, my problem is that I need to create a new powerpoint. This powerpoint has to essentially contain three weeks of powerpoints, W(0) W(-1) and W(-2), for each team. This new powerpoint has to automatically slide W(-1) to W(-2), W(0) to W(-1), and automatically update the W(0) slides.

Does anyone have any ideas how to do this? I can't even begin to wrap my head around it.

Thanks in advance for your help!
