I am using Word 2010 and Windows 7. I am inserting headers using two field codes for Heading 1 and Heading 2.

I get what I want on page 1 in the header section-both headings 1 and 2. When I insert a blank page I only get heading 1 for a header; header 2 does not appear on inserted blank pages. I have spent several hours trying to get this to work. Decided to post here.
