Hi Rivz,

Could you please confirm the type of account you are using? Exchange, POP, IMAP, EAS? I suspect this issue is being caused by the type of account you are using couples with send-receive options set within Outlook.

When did this issue start? Is this a recently created profile? Was it working correctly at one point? More information is needed.
