Default A system that updates shared contacts in Outlook automatically when import from excel from database

Hey guys, I'm trying to gauge how possible this task that I'm trying to do will be.
This involves both Outlook and Excel so I hope this will still be an appropriate place for this. In Outlook I have two shared contacts folders. One of them is "Investor Contacts" and the other is "Entity E-mail Lists." The contacts in the "Investor Contacts" list are imported from excel, which is exported from our database. In "Entity E-mail Lists" I have created 13 contact groups, which are populated from "Investor Contacts." To do this I would click "Add Members" in the contact group, and select all e-mails (typically 1-3 per investor) of all investors who belong to that Entity. When sending an e-mail to investors in a specific entity we will just send it to the contact group for that entity.

The problem with this is that it once it is updated in the database it needs to be manually updated in outlook. I want to create a system that allows me to export the database contacts to excel and then export them to Outlook and automatically make any changes to the entities in "Entity E-mail Lists." For example if an investor has two e-mails in our database, and the second one gets deleted, I want to set it up so the second (now invalid) e-mail address gets deleted from his/her individual contact under "Investor Contacts" and that specific e-mail address is removed from all the entities he/she is invested in under "Entity E-mail Lists."

Does this sound like something that may be possible to create? Any advice for doing so?
