Default Managing Resource Individual Calendars

Planning tasks over holidays is difficult, even more so when there's no strict holiday period. For example, "Anna" takes holiday in week 1 and Bob takes holiday week 2 but a task is dependent on both of them being in the office.

Where I work, we have Excel sheet people fill in to know when they take their holidays. I want to use this data in MS Project.

I know that this is possible through setting resource individual working times by going to the resources sheet, then on a specific resource going to Information > Change Working time. However, this is rather time consuming.

Is it possible to "import" a list of holidays into the project and show this in the resources sheet?

Here's a practical example. Currently the resources sheet looks like this:

Code:
Resource name | Base Calendar
------------------------------------
Anna | Standard
Bob | Standard
But I want it to look like this:

Code:
Resource name | Base Calendar | Week1 | Week2 | Weekn
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Anna | Standard | Holiday | | ...
Bob | Standard | | Holiday | ...
