Wierd... "cell" started auto filling with data from other cells I double click on. How stop it?!
I've attached a screen print of my excel spreadsheet of recipe ingredients for a liqueur. In the ss there is a cell that automatically fills when I double click on another cell. This just started happening so I presume I did something but I can't figure out what!!
In Example1, cell O6 "zest peel" is a result of double clicking on H7. In Example2 I double clicked on J7. In Example3 I double clicked H11.
There is no formula in cell O6.... the cell seems to be just floating there and shows up white when I highlight the column.
So what is going on and how can I get it to stop?
I have excel 2013 on Windows 8.1.
