Actually I have printed the doc to pdf and xps. Pdf output is fine but xps output still gives me some missing page number. Xps output is just exactly as the real printer output. In xps p 7-10 seem to be blocked 'something' that make the page number missing.
I'll try to update the printer driver to see if this will resolve the issue
