So I am assuming you are using OneNote 2013. First go to the page which contains the password. To unprotect the page you first have to provide the password. So typ in the password and then click the Review tab. Find the button that say password protect this section and click on it. You will see tha password taskpane appear and from that taskpane you can either choose to change the password or remove tha password.
