Hi—I’m having trouble syncing categories between Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013, and I’ve been told this is the place to come for answers!
I've been using Hotmail and MS Outlook (2007, then 2010) together for many years. I rely heavily on the "categories" feature within each email inbox. Now, my new laptop has Outlook 2013 (“Part of MS Office 365 ProPlus”), and it does not sync categories with Outlook 2010 categories on my desktop. (After a great deal of research, I found that Hotmail categories do not sync with Exchange ActiveSync. EAS also does not allow messages to be moved between accounts, another feature I rely heavily on.)

How should I proceed? Should I downgrade to Office 2010 on my new laptop? I can't find any other solution. Thanks so much.
