Copy / export formulas to other word processors

Hi,
I am trying to copy formulas written in MS office 2010 (powerpoint, word) to other word processors like libreoffice and Kingsoft office, but it copies the formulas as images. Do you know of a way to export / copy formulas from MS office to other word processors ?
