I have a form that has already been published in the public folder, we had to make a change and now when we open the form and make the change then select publish form we get the following message

"Unable to successfullty publish the form due to a Mapi error, You must first selcet icons for your form. To select icons click change large icons and change small icons buttons"

We are running Outlook 2000 and SBS 2003 and Windows XP service pack 2 workstations.

I have tried this from several different computers.
